Virtual Mini Film Fest all week
For the entire week of 2020 Earth Day and in honor of the 50th anniversary of Earth Day on April 22 — we invite you to participate in One Earth Film Fest’s Earth Week Virtual Mini Film Festival, in partnership with the City of Chicago.
Register for one or more FREE screenings below, watch a film in community online, then discuss with experts via live chat on Zoom.
The United Nations IPCC report and the US’s Climate Report describe climate-related extreme weather affecting more and more of us, our families, our neighbors. Also affecting each of us now is the global coronavirus pandemic, which parallels the crisis of climate change, according to the World Health Organization. Now, more than ever, is the opportunity to build a healthier and more resilient future; it’s a critical time to find safe ways to gather in community, discuss solutions, and take action to stop (and even reverse) our climate crisis.
We hope you'll join us and also encourage the participation of groups to which you belong. Groups can enjoy the live virtual screenings and Q&A with us, and then host their own discussions via Free Conference Call or Zoom.
