About the One Earth Film Festival

Since its inception in 2012, the One Earth Film Festival has engaged more than 49,000 like-minded, ready-to-act attendees, as well as hundreds of partners, sponsors, and supporters. Now, 2026 marks 15 years of this highly successful and well-respected film festival, produced by and benefiting One Earth Collective.

We bring audiences together to view ground-breaking environmental films and inspire action. Our 2025 festival reached more than 2,058 registrants, screening two dozen 12 films in 24 locations throughout Chicagoland and beyond. We anticipate an even greater impact in 2026 – with your support.
