Let’s hear long-time One Earth Facilitator Susan Lucci explain the role. 1. Initiate
….Woo Hoo! It’s my 10th year facilitating “my favorite week of the year”… In the 3 steps of OEFF’s magic mix (film + dialogue + action), I add the middle piece: facilitating the panelists/audience in reflective dialogue, engaging HEAD + HEART + HANDS.
2. Hydrate
Opening Night of One Earth Film Fest is like “rocket fuel” for me … Toasting with an “Oceania” created by Chicago mixologist Denisse Soto of La Chingona Mik
3. Rejuvenate
After a long winter and 2 years in COVID QT, I am feeling nourished by reuniting with my OEFF peeps!

Wow! The last time we were together in person was March 2020… the “Power of WE”

Googling my panelists and movie reviews….
7. Formulate
Time to get outside…. Being out in a forest with Nature’s wide open skies helps me hold the questions raised by the film and create my own for the panelists…
Why not do more on the climate crisis?
How do we change someone’s mind about the most important thing in the world?
Can we still TURN THE TIDE?

Part of my job is to inspire and motivate people to take action to TURN THE TIDE….
